What’s the Story of The European Sausage & Deli Inc. in Alberta?

Before we immigrated to Canada in 1989 from Poland, Andrew completed 5 years of training in Meat Technology in Olsztyn. Once in Canada, the journey of our venture started in 1999, then we  expanded and opened a larger processing plant in 2012 from where we spread our retail sales network to Calgary, AB. Since then we have been expanding by adding another building and growing progressively.
